Cancellation Policy

Booking Rules When you submit a booking request, it is not automatically accepted. Our team manually reviews each request to ensure it is feasible. We may reach out to you with any questions or requirements needed for your shoot. We're also open to offering services outside of the times and options listed on our website—just get in touch, and we'll see what we can do for you! Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy You can reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy ensures we can provide the best service to all our clients. Waitlist Policy We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We aim to accept the first request we receive for a slot. However, in extenuating circumstances, urgent requests may supersede others. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
